Return Policy

The Beam Store offers the following Returns Policy:

Beginning November 1st the return period is extended to January 15th or 14 days whichever is later.

Returns are cheerfully accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. Shipping costs are buyers responsibility unless item is damaged.  Refunds are issued with 1 to 3 days of the return to the payment method used for the purchase.

Full Warranty:
We offer a two year full warranty on all our products.

The Beam Store offers the following Shipping Policy:
All of our products ship within 2-5 days with most products shipping within two days. Transit time is 3-5 days. You will receive tracking information by email when your order is shipped
